Be per-pared as tonight Philly we receive its third major snowstorm of this winter 20-28 inches are expected! Mayor Michael Nutter is advising everyone with the exception of snow plow services, and public human safety departments remain closed, which means you won't find me in boring a** Kicks USA tomorrow...Oh! did I mention schools also!!!xD I spoke with my bro.
